Tu experiencia de picnic de 2.5 horas incluye: • Montaje completo de picnic con la temática de tu elección • Vajilla de primera calidad, incluyendo platos, cubiertos, servilletas y cristalería • Mesa baja de picnic con decoración • Alfombras, cojines y mantas (si el clima lo permite) • Velas decorativas con portavelas • Tablero de mensajes personalizado para tu ocasión especial • Cesta de picnic con artículos esenciales, incluyendo gel desinfectante para manos y repelente de insectos • Dos juegos de mesa a elegir (sujeto a disponibilidad) • Arreglos florales frescos • Lugar a tu elección dentro de un radio de 40 km de Filadelfia (Se aplica un cargo adicional por desplazamiento más allá de los 40 km) • Servicio completo de montaje y desmontaje Sombrilla

At The Nest Studio, we're committed to creating beautiful, memorable experiences. Please review our policies before booking. Reservations & Payments: Full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. For cash, DM us on Instagram before booking. Book 1–2 weeks in advance; last-minute requests depend on availability. Your date/time isn't reserved until payment is confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you may reschedule based on availability. No refunds for cancellations. Date changes must be requested ASAP. In severe weather, we'll work with you to find a new date. Weather Policy: Outdoor events depend on weather. We may reschedule due to heavy rain, strong winds, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions. Rescheduling options offered when possible. Event Timing: Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start. Late arrivals don't extend event time. Extra time may be purchased, subject to availability. Damage & Liability: Clients are responsible for damage, staining, loss, or theft of rental items caused by themselves or guests. Replacement/repair fees may apply. A refundable deposit may be required for select packages. Photography & Marketing: By booking, you allow us to use event photos on our website, social media, and marketing. To keep your event private, notify us in writing beforehand. Additional Terms & Liability: Outdoor picnics involve risks (weather, terrain, insects, etc.); guests assume these risks by attending. Clients are responsible for food/beverages they bring; we're not liable for allergies or foodborne illness. Alcohol brought must comply with all laws; we assume no liability for related incidents. The Nest Studio isn't liable for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings except where required by law. Please treat décor and rental items with care; damage may incur repair/replacement costs. We reserve the right to refuse or end service if guest behavior is unsafe, abusive, or destructive.
